Elmer L. Green, Jr., 78, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016 at Candler Hospital. He was born in November 6, 1937 in Tampa, FL to the late Rev. Elmer L. Green, Sr. and Lela Butler Green. He was retired from Atlantic Towing and was of the Assembly of God faith. He was an avid lover and collector of antique cars.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Meta Crawford Green, of Savannah, daughter, Laura S. Green, of Savannah, son, Glen T. Green, of Tampa, FL, sister, Patricia G. Dyson, of Savannah, and other relatives.
Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Bonaventure Cemetery.
